If you are a hunter or fisherman and would like your wild game prepared for you, we offer many services to fit your needs. We can process your deer, elk, moose, antelope, buffalo, ducks, pheasants, or fish. For ranchers, we offer processing for farm raised beef, hogs, and sheep. No liquid smoke for us; with our two on-site smoke houses, we do things the old fashioned way using hickory and alder wood chips that blend well with our maple sugar cure.
