Dees Meats has earned over 200 Awards over the past 30 years. Below is just a small list of our proud accomplishments. We have earned awards from both the California Association of Meat Processors and American Association of Meat Processors.

*Bratwurst - Made in the Dakota style tradition, very mild with hints of garlic and mace. Made with pork and beef, stuffed into a hog casing and hickory smoked.

*Hot Links - Made in the Louisiana tradition. Very bold pepper flavor and spicy. Made with pork and beef, stuffed into a hog casing and hickory smoked.

*Old Fashioned Hot Dogs - Made the traditional way using premium pork and beef with an old German recipe and stuffed in a sheep casing to give it a snap when you bite them.

*Bologna - Is made using only premium pork and beef mixed with a German family recipe of seasonings and spices.

*Breakfast Pork Sausage - Our own country style sausage was inspired by an old family recipe with a mild sage flavor. Available in bulk 1 Lb, links and patties.

Cheddarwurst - A bratwurst with cheddar cheese made with pork and beef, stuffed into a hog casing and hickory smoked.

Green Onion Sausage - Carolina style breakfast sausage, mild onion flavor with bits of green onion mixed in.

Swedish Potato Sausage - Made with pork, fresh potatoes, beef and onions. This recipe was used by a close friend in his butcher shop in Sweden. It is very mild in taste and only available during the Christmas holidays.

*Jalepeno & Cheddar - Made with pork and beef and cheddar cheese with jalapeno peppers mixed in. It has a wonderful flavor that is not hot, it has a mild pepper flavor without the heat.

Andouille (Cajun Sausage) - A true Bayou classic made with pork and beef, stuffed into a hog casing and hickory smoked.

*Polish Sausage - Mild smoked sausage great on the grill. Made with pork and beef, stuffed into a hog casing and hickory smoked.

*Italian Sausage - This recipe is your traditional sweet Italian sausage.

*Liverwurst - Howard's own special recipe. Mild and spreadable made with only the best ingredients.

*Summer Sausage - A true midwest classic made just like they do in Wisconsin. Made with pork and beef.
